Located just 20 miles south of Edinburgh, Peebles offers excellent fishing for both salmon and sea trout in an idyllic location. With nearly 3 miles of river across 2 beats it provides a memorable fishing experience, particularly in late summer and autumn.
The Neidpath beat, or Crown Water as its also known, consists of approximately 2 miles of double bank fishing winding its way from Haylodge Park upstream past the spectacular Neidpath castle and on to Manor Bridge. Due to its proximity to the A72 access is excellent and the secluded surroundings provide a magnificent backdrop to a superb fishing experience.

The Peebles Burgh Water beat, or Town Water as its also known, sits in the heart of the town and provides excellent fishing in a convenient location. The beat is just under a mile in length and runs from Priorsford Bridge to Fotheringham Bridge at Haylodge Park.
